FRST (pronounced forest) is an Australian outdoor brand born from a desire to feel more connected to the places I’d rather be, whether I’m out in nature or stuck behind a desk.

As a physiotherapist, I’ve seen firsthand the powerful impact that movement and the outdoors can have on our mental and physical health. Personally, I know I’m at my best when I’m running a trail, hiking through bushland, or simply soaking up the calm of a natural space. FRST was created to bring that feeling a little closer, wherever you are.

Our goal is to create high-quality performance accessories that help you feel grounded, inspired, and ready to move. Designed to blur the line between athletic and everyday wear, our gear is just as at home on the trail as it is at the coffee shop.
