We stand behind our gear.

If you're not completely happy, here’s how we make things right, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

✅ Change of Mind If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with original packaging.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

⚠️ Faulty Products / Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault. We’ll also cover all shipping costs for faulty items.

What’s covered:

  • Items that are faulty, unsafe, or don’t match their description.

  • Gear that doesn’t perform as advertised.

What to do: Email us at luke@thefrst.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We’ll respond within 2 business days.
