1. General Conditions & Usage You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (e.g., abusive behaviour or fraudulent activity).

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice (though this will not affect orders already placed).

  • Accuracy: We strive to display colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock, has been listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or is flagged as potential fraud. If cancelled, we will provide a full and prompt refund.

3. Intellectual Property All content on this site - including the FRST logo, text, graphics, images, and product designs—is the property of FRST and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without express written permission.

4. Returns & Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Major Failures: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Minor Failures: You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRST shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
