Where You’d Rather Be

FRST (pronounced forest) was born from a simple desire to feel more connected to the places I’d rather be, whether I am out moving in the elements or stuck behind a desk.

As a physiotherapist, I see every day the powerful impact that movement and time in nature have on both physical and mental well-being. Personally, I know I am always at my best when I am running a trail, climbing a ridge, or soaking up the quiet of the bush. FRST was created to bring that feeling closer, no matter where your week takes you.

Our mission is to build durable, performance-focused gear and accessories that help you feel grounded, comfortable, and ready to move. Designed to bridge the gap between technical outdoor performance and understated everyday wear, each piece is just as at home on a humid trail run as it is grabbing a coffee afterwards.

Built With Purpose, Tested in the Field

Living and training in North Queensland means the gear has to handle real heat, humidity, sweat, and sun. We do not design for a single season or chase fast-fashion trends. We choose materials with uncompromised durability so the gear you invest in stays in rotation for years.

The brand identity itself reflects the diverse Australian landscapes that inspire every piece:

  • Forest Greens: Dense trails, rainforest canopy, and backcountry terrain.
  • Coastal Yellows: Sun-drenched ridges and exposed beaches.
  • Waterway Blues: Early morning swims, ocean air, and paddle sessions.
  • Mountain Accents: High ridgelines and rocky summits.

 A Growing Community

FRST has quickly grown into something much bigger than just apparel and caps. It is about the community wearing it: trail runners lining up at local events, hikers exploring on weekends, and everyday movers who value the outdoors and look after the environments we share.

Seeing this community grow across Australia has been the most rewarding part of building FRST. We design and test everything together, out in the real world.
